I'm Sandra N. Crespo,
LICSW

As someone who’s navigated the ups, downs, and creative hard-to-explain detours of ADHD both personally and professionally, I know firsthand that our “different wiring” isn’t a limitation, it’s a strength. I draw from clinical expertise, academic research & lived experience to help others find clarity, confidence, and self-acceptance, whether we’re working together in therapy, learning in a workshop, or sharing stories on stage.

What Sets Me Apart

A Neurodivergent, Clinically-Informed Leadership Lens

As a licensed clinical social worker and neurodivergent Latina leader, I bring a rare blend of clinical expertise and lived experience to every engagement. This allows me to support leaders and organizations with depth, emotional intelligence, and a trauma-informed, human-centered approach.

The S.P.I.C.Y. Leadership Framework™

My proprietary framework, centered on Self-Awareness, Purpose, Innovation, Courage, and Yielding Transformation, guides my work. It offers a practical, inclusive, and transformative model for building authentic, sustainable leadership.

Culturally Grounded, Holistic Practice

My work blends behavioral science, leadership psychology, cultural humility, and lived experience. I create learning environments that feel warm, accessible, reflective, and rooted in both humanity and evidence-based practice.

Practical Tools for Real People in Real Systems

I offer more than theory. Leaders walk away with concrete strategies that improve communication, decision-making, emotional regulation, and team culture—with a focus on supporting diverse, neurodivergent, and high-performing minds in meaningful, sustainable ways.

Judy Han, LICSW

Leadership Coaching Client

Sandra helped me see my ADHD as a roadmap to how my brain works, not a flaw to fix. Her insight and compassion taught me to embrace my strengths and extend grace to myself in ways I never had before. She embodies what it means to live with clarity, confidence, and self-acceptance.
